General Chemistry Exam - Computer Lab Sign-up

Use the form below to submit a request for use of a computer lab.  Follow these instructions on the day of the exam(s).

  1. Use the table below to determine the computer lab location.
  2. Arrive at the lab 10 minutes before the exam but DO NOT enter the lab until the procotor(s) arrive.
  3. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del and use linkblue credentials to login into the Windows PC.
  4. Open Lockdown Browser app via the desktop icon.
  5. Log into Canvas.
  6. Go to your Exam Course. Wait for access code from proctor.
  7. For questions ask your proctor or contact the General Chemistry Office: chemistry@uky.edu.

NURS 625 is the computer lab for 105/107/109/113 Exams.

If you need a device for 103/104/110 exams contact your instructor
